WHAT THE COMMUNITY IS SAYING
BELLE WILLIAMS
39 YEARS AT LCSO
All elections are important, but with all of the upcoming changes the incoming sheriff will face, this election is very important. The LCSO needs a leader that can focus and govern. One that can affect change in a thoughtful, steadfast and lawful manner. One that has knowledge of civil laws. One that can oversee management of the office, the employees, and focus on all the necessary changes that will be taking place. One that can build foundations and bridges between people and agencies.
Gabe Frase is a good man. Simple words, but they speak volumes. He is humble. He is a man of service. He cares about people and he believes in the Constitution, the laws and will carry them out to the best of his ability.
He is fair. He is decisive. He has served our country. There are some things you cannot teach or train — a person either has it or they don’t. That is honesty, integrity and the desire to always do the right thing.
Gabe Frase has it. Please elect him to be our next sheriff.
ANTHONY MIXER
Gabe Frase has earned my trust and support to lead the sheriff’s office. With 24 years of professional service to the citizens of Lewis County, he has the right experience to guide public safety over the next few years. Gabe will protect our constitutional rights and strengthen partnerships with other agencies to provide for safer communities across our county. I encourage the voters to choose FRASE for Sheriff.
BARB GLENN
I support Gabe Frase for Lewis County Sheriff.
He is honest, dependable and has a deep love for this county.
He understands some changes need to be made and is willing to work with others to make those changes.
RAY ANDERSON
Gabriel Frase joined the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office in 2002 after serving in the Marines. Since then, he has worked patrol, field training, search and rescue, K9, investigations, and several supervisory assignments before reaching his current position as special services chief. That’s decades of institutional knowledge.
Sheriff John McCroskey’s endorsement of Frase matters. McCroskey and Frase overlapped from 2002 to 2005, and McCroskey has watched Frase’s career develop for more than two decades. When a leader publicly expresses confidence in someone’s character and judgment, I pay attention.
I don’t know either man personally. But I understand how leaders recognize and develop good people. In the Army, when you find someone with character, ability and judgment, you mentor them. You watch their career grow. Relationships are built on earned trust.
None of this means an insider automatically deserves the job or that Murphy isn’t qualified. The difference is; Frase’s experience is inside the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, and he already understands its people, procedures and culture. I’m confident he’s seen many problems that need fixing, but he never had the power.
I believe Gabrial Frase deserves a chance. Most good people doubt themselves more than those they lead.
DERIK GOOCH
It was truly a pleasure to sit with Chief Frase and discuss what he can provide the county over a cup of great coffee.
Chief Frase in not only a pleasant individual to chat with, but truly a selfless person and all of his attributes boil down to the single motive of a strong sense of duty and responsibility to his friends and neighbors.
Any and all answers he had for my questions were different ways he would put his community before his own personal gain.
Chief Frase is not driven by selfish political ambitions, or senseless chest pounding. He is driven by his deep, heart on his sleeve love for the county he grew up in and the people in it.
If you want to see transparency, integrity in action and overall just an outstanding individual at the head of our Sheriffs office. Vote Gabriel Frase.
