Former Lewis County Sheriff John McCroskey Endorses Gabriel Frase for Sheriff

Former Lewis County Sheriff John McCroskey has endorsed Gabriel Frase for Lewis County Sheriff.

In his endorsement, McCroskey said:

“I’m supporting Gabe Frase for Sheriff with no reservations. I’ve known Gabe for years, watched his career, know his character, and believe he is the best candidate. His experience in a variety of roles within the Sheriff’s Office, including his position as Chief of Special Services, makes him uniquely suited for this important position.Vote Gabe Frase for Sheriff.”

McCroskey also recently shared his support for Gabe in a commentary published by The Chronicle. In the column, he pointed to Gabe’s experience, reputation, character, and understanding of the many different roles within the Sheriff’s Office.

Gabe has spent more than two decades serving the people of Lewis County. Throughout his career, he has served in patrol, investigations, supervision, administration, civil services, search and rescue, K9 operations, and regional independent investigations.

That experience has given Gabe an understanding of both the day-to-day work of law enforcement and the leadership required to move the Sheriff’s Office forward.

Thank you, Sheriff McCroskey, for your endorsement and your many years of service to Lewis County.
